"“This is so far beyond just the enforcement of the law, it feels retaliatory,” - Madalena McNeil,"

Yes, this is how punishment works. It is in fact a retaliatory action.

Have you missed the part where they are literally a gang? I personally find it hilarious that they are using laws pushed by Democrats to punish their own communist lackeys.

If they are, then any group that wants an alternative to the corrupt 2-party system (for example) can be labeled a "gang" or even a "terrorist" organization. That is beyond insane. Even in 2020, that wouldn't fly.

Yes, in Scandinavia, the state started putting the emphasis on rehabilitation and reintegration of delinquent elements of society. Their "prisons" resemble more budget hotels than what you think of as jail.

Their success rate is very high. Well, that was, before the waves of "refugees" bent on destroying that civilization so superior to theirs.

Yeah have fun with your system reforming the refugees, they'll love spending out their rape sentences in "budget hotels".

Norwegian here. What you say is correct.

Rehabilitation is basically a form of integration (for people who've fallen from society), and it works great. The problem is that the migrants / savages have no interest in being integrated at all. Prison does not work for them. It's just some spa-time between the pillaging, looting, and raping. IMO Norway needs several different prison systems; the rehabilitative prisons we have now, for those who can be returned to society; prisons for those who are absolutely incorrigible or have done things so awful the public wouldn't accept them back (should still be reasonably comfortable); and prisons for those who are going to be kicked out forever, such as the savages that are pouring into Europe. The "expellee holding pens" don't need to be more than concrete boxes.

Unfortunately, Norwegian politics have become infested with SJWs who want to catch up with Sweden. Fuck. On the bright side, the Norwegian public is waking up to the fact that our media is lying trash, and they can see the horror show on the other side of the border. The term "Swedish conditions" keeps popping up (but not in our treasonous løgnpresse).

As a Québécois (from Canada, but with a different, French-speaking culture) I feel sorry for your beautiful, refined and humane civilization. As possibly the most advanced nation on Earth in terms of quality of life (is there anything that can ever matter MORE? Certainly not MONEY) pre-invasion, I find it a true tragedy that this has been allowed to happen.

But politicians in general are scum, and one must look there to find the culprits. This situation is engineered! For what it's worth, I stand with you.

We also used to have a system that supports the citizen more than it oppresses him, although without these very advanced crime-rehab measures or politicians that are as unpretentious as some of yours. But this has changed in recent decades, and now our system is nearly as corrupt as that of the USA for example. :'(

IMO the real problem is our lying trash media. Democracy requires an informed public. The media has produced a misinformed, brainwashed public. The riots in the US were created by our shit media.

Scandinavia? Really? I get so sick of American being compared to the Arian nations. They have better healthcare, better everything, why? Because they're the same people with a very narrow set of beliefs. It's much easier to govern those countries. America is a multi-cultural/belief system ruled by Aryan's so naturally it's going to be more difficult here in the States.

I don't like what these people stand for, but life for low grade vandalism? Come on. They are likely mindless youths with raging hormones. Just a few years in the clink, or even community service for a 365 consecutive days might straighten them out.

This whole article is a non-story. They were charged with a law that technically fits at arrest, but the DA said further down its unlikely that any of them will even serve time because everyone knows that it's not necessarily sensible to use the sentencing guidelines that go with that charge.

What we need here is a purge.
