Absolutely nothing. Congress is on their payroll, this is just a stunt. They'll complain a little bit on camera, enough to make voters happy enough to stop caring, and then go back to taking "donations".

I expect nothing. In all the congressional meetings I've bothered to watch, and these number in the hundreds (it's audio after all), nothing is accomplished nor done about anything. Nothing happens. Both parties posture endlessly and virtue signal but anything real happens behind closed doors. What ends up in any ensuing legislation is nothing like what anybody talks about publicly, written up by legions of interns and idiots who believe in some inherent virtue of working for shit pay for shit men. We need a grand overhaul of how elections work, chief among them how districts are drawn.
