Several european countries might have illegally subsidized Airbus. In response, the US was given permission by the World Trade Organization to tax european goods by up to 100%. The EU then went "we're in the middle of a pandemic, stop imposing those harmful taxes." Is that right? Can somebody who knows their stuff about economics confirm?

Trump is like this guy: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Der_Zauberlehrling . ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sorcerer%27s_Apprentice )
This poem is supposedly an https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysergic_acid_diethylamide - dream of Goethe.
The punchline in it is, that the sorcerer's apprentice in this poem can't dispel the ghosts he summoned, because he overestimated his own powers.
