More likely some chump patsy that they pinned the blame on. I don't believe any of what they're telling us this was a hit on that judge.

How about he was a crazy MRA and someone knew he was connected to this judge so encouraged him to do sooner what he would have eventually done to another woman anyway.

We can all be right.

Whatever the reason he was still a horrible person.

I mean usually these guys either go after someone they think rejected them (even if they never actually asked them out) or shoot up a random street or both. To specifically pick out someone he didn't seem to be close to in anyway is odd.
