My nan was obese in the forties, and that was a junk food free era.

Most people who are obese under produce satiety hormone if they have high insulin levels. Look up PYY.

If you want to lose weight your first call should be dumping the high GI carbs.

There's nothing old about tobacco, it's around and heavily used.

Many fast foods are healthier than store bought products and are made with fresh fruits and vegetables. These fast foods are falling under a general label of junk foods. The graphic helps to miss lead this narrative. A title of 'health expert' means nothing. This narrative can be used to close down small business and franchises under the guess of safe guarding the general public.

And the structure of that article is utter crap.
