You know... I was going to comment on the fact this was MSM and decided to dive in and follow through on the sourcing of this article. I will always stand by the fact that MSM’s main goal is to give you outrage addiction and create divisions for the sake of money and control — but also — fuck this shit — I used to work in Seattle and had one of these bs racial and gender equality meetings — I politely argued with the lady saying, “How can you justify suggesting I need to hire a gender balanced and racially diverse workspace when the statistics show that college graduates in my field are disproportionately gendered male and non-minority? That just sounds like a different form of racism with extra steps” (the Rick and morty reference got a few good chuckles) — her answer was basically bullshit saying that it’s irrelevant but what drew a number of gasps from the crowd was that the same thing mentioned here, and what happened recently on reddit, about how you can’t be racist against majority groups was said as a counterpoint to my racism comment. It pissed me off but I was done trying to argue at something so blatantly dumb. The truth is though, and what should offer some calm is that it seems that this dumbass lefty reverse racism idea to solve racism (especially be racist against yourself if you’re a white male) - is some kind of fantasy self-flagellation masturbatory bullshit. Even if you were to buy into it there’s no real action to take because the truth is, money speaks, and anyone actually trying to implement these things are just destined to fail. Like the one hiring manager in my company that tried to make a 50/50 male/female engineering team. Guess what she ultimately gave up because not enough female applicants applied...
