Condoms at 35 cents apiece before sales tax doesn't seem a particularly insurmountable barrier to obtaining contraceptives. $20-$50 per month for the pill between two people is pretty cheap. Or at least if a woman can't afford $10-$25 per month then she should either look for a better job or ditch that zero and get themselves a hero.
