Wait, is it still possible to buck the popular vote in their states? If so, there could be some who are willing to martyr themselves and accept the punishment because orange man bad.

This would never happen. It would cause a litteral implosion of all 3 branches of government.

According to the article it sounds like it... depending on the state of course. But the Washington example is only a penance of $1000 .. certainly worth my conscience to me. Interesting though is that it appears the most recent occurrences of this happened because of Killary women bad, instead of "orange man bad".
