A man in a full 1960s Black Panther outfit was open carrying an AR-15 at a BLM protest in a suburb of St. Louis. As people were chanting he pulled the trigger and shot himself in the foot. The man's injury was treated by police and protesters left the area leaving behind a huge amount of trash.

So many questions.

Why was his finger on the trigger?

Doesn't an AR-15 have a safety, and if so, why wasn't it on?

Why was he flagging himself? Dude really had no idea where his weapon is pointed?

If the only reason he had the gun was to show it off... why was it loaded?

The cops go to disarm the guy and the protesters rush in. WHY? This dude just fired a gun a few feet from them and they're rushing in to help him instead of running away?

I can't even imagine the chaos if that shot had ricocheted into a officer's leg. It's a bloody miracle nobody was seriously injured by this moron.

The 60s Black Panthers knew how to carry firearms and didn't have negligent discharges in crowds of people.
