I agree, but apparently the Pike statue is more important. Very strange.

I'm pretty sure you know but Pike was not only a Confederate General but also a 33rd degree FreeMason who wrote a book called Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry published in 1871. In 1859 he was elected Sovereign Grand Commander of the Scottish Rite's Southern Jurisdiction. He remained Sovereign Grand Commander for the rest of his life, devoting a large amount of his time to developing the rituals of the order.

Why would Trump, who attended a Jesuit university, be so concerned with Pike? I expect that many in the Deep State are Freemasons and have great respect for Pike. Possibly the Freemasons and Jesuits are united on many issues.
