It's actually closer to 11 billion it seems.

This is still nowhere close to the amount they should have to pay. Imo, Monsanto should have been dissolved in the 80's (or earlier). All their liquidated assets should have been used to support their victims and repair the environmental damage they caused. The fact that they were bought by Bayer just means the people who's decisions caused so much harm still got their payout.
