I was worried this article would ignore the reality of regulatory capture, but it at least touched on it briefly toward the end.
The takeaway however seems to be "let's get rid of government or drastically shrink it" rather than "let's recapture the regulatory agencies so they work for the people of America". So I see that as a bit of a mulligan
