Why don't they inform passengers before they board that this is the requirement for disembarking? The way they have this bullshit set up, they are basically forcing people to sign under duress, which last time I checked was illegal voids the contract. edited:for accuracy

So the person "just flew" for work to another state. Guess he didn't hear about confinement, etc...? Oh yeah "muh individual rights". Little problem here tough guy, your individual rights become unvalid if you can represent a threat to the community (by being unknowingly infected).
