Stage 2 - (Weeks Away) Opening lower risk workplaces, such as retail, manufacturing, offices where telework is not possible, and child care centers.

Stage 3 - (Months Away) Reopen personal care businesses like gyms, spas and salons, sports without live audiences, in-person religious services and other businesses where workers come in close contact with customers.

Stage 4 - (Only once ‘therapeutics’ have been developed) End of the stay-at-home order with the reopening concerts, conventions, and live crowds at sports.
