Basically everyone in DC is guilty of something. As long as you play ball, nobody will prosecute you. But step out of line and they come at you and comb through your shit until they find something.

It's how they do business. It's one of the fascinating things that we've discovered in the Trump era. So much of their dirty dealings have been forced into the open where we can all see it. Who knew that the mainstream media: CBS and ABC, were covering for an international pedophile ring? It's crazy, but all 100% real. Who knew that the Jews in Hollywood studios were sexually abusing the stars? I mean, Weinstein made Uma Thurman's career. Quentin Tarantino's too. Who knew that we were in for a round of neo-McCarthyism seeing Russkies under every bed? Who knew that the British police were covering for Muslim pedophile rings? The ex-CIA director came out in the open and admitted the US meddles in foreign elections. Hey look, it's Chuck Schumer sitting down with a burner phone and meeting with the son of George Soros.

Guy darn near cried at the sentencing.

Former New York representative Chris Collins was sentenced to 26 months behind bars on Friday for giving his son an illegal tip about a biotechnology company's failed drug trial and for giving false statements.

“My life has been shattered. My reputation has been shattered,” Collins said through sobs prior to being handed his sentence in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, according to CNBC.

“But mostly my family has been shattered,” he said.

In announcing the sentence, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman expressed no sympathy for Collins.

“Collins’s greed and disregard for the law have now led to a criminal conviction for insider trading and lying to the FBI, his resignation from Congress, and over two years in federal prison.” Berman said in a Justice Department statement.

Whimpy little guy. He said twenty-six months would destroy his life.

Yeah it could very well destroy something alright. But I wonder how it was discovered that he tipped others off? Somebody was the rat in all this and being in congress with an opposing party would not help.

Funny what the end result of these crazy political games lead to.

"Shattered"

Well the other thing is he got caught fair & square. Apparently he is not familiar with the concept of "Take it like a man," nor "Be a good sport."

lol. Well he'll have plenty of time in prison to think about those words and concepts.

"Take it like a man" "Be a good sport".
