I hope nobody is hurt. ———————-

*An enormous six-alarm fire tore through two unoccupied apartment buildings under construction in a New Jersey town Sunday night, sending flames roaring into the sky, police said.

The blaze erupted about 8 p.m. on East Main Street in downtown Bound Brook, according to NJ.com. There were no immediate reports of injuries, the site said.

Video posted online shows flames towering into the sky, well above neighboring structures.

The Bound Brook Police Department, in a Facebook post, called the blaze “a disastrous fire that is very difficult to contain and has the potential to spread to all nearby structures.”

Bound Brook Police Capt. Kevin Rivenbark told NJ.com, “It’s bad here,” before hanging up.
