If you really wanted to talk about people that don't need to be lecturing, talk about professors and teachers that can't engage their students due to lack luster delivery of fascinating education material! Or that students need to challenge themselves to learn things in a more interactive domain vs. the traditional classroom model where teachers should be in no position to lecture.
