right on cue. buttfucking, cop killing lyrics, jew "comedians" making "jokes" about raping children in nyc comedy clubs, all freedom of expression. until society has been degraded by them. then everything flips into censorship mode.

A tough call. This speech seems to have intimidated the witness. It seems a reasonable person would have been intimidated.

All in all, I think the court got it right.
