Most important New York Times story in a long time.

I just watched Amazon's The Report and this article mirrors their descriptions of what happened. It's a very well made film.

Thanks for the recommendation.

What's crazy to me is that all this happened about as many years now as the JFK assassination had before when I was born.

It is still happening. The fellow is still locked up. Nobody thinks he is guilty of much at all. Nobody cares. That is what is crazy.

It's not crazy. Most crazy is non-violent, and certainly not systemic.

It's the psychopathic kakistocracy.

CIA as Organized Crime by Douglas Valentine = A+++

The book outlines how the CIA has 2 criteria for all operations: 1) always collect more power/control by any means 2) always have plausible deniability. It also explains how The Phoenix Program (also another of his books) was perfected in Vietnam, then Iraq, and now Homeland Security will apply all these evil methods domestically.

I say, CIA are sick fucks.
