Yeah it's been on the news for about 5-10 years now. They passed fracking wastewater disposal well regulations and the reduced the frequency of the earthquakes in Oklahoma. But there still seems to be a general increase in the New Madrid Fault Line producing earthquakes, and it seems the fracking is possibly just exacerbating an existing issue
