Wouldn't that be contextual? I mean I'm a journalist. Do I get protected by this "shield" law? I would have to actually read the statute, and I don't care to.
Journaling is an activity that any member of the public may participate in. I'm confused that they seem to have turned journalists into a class. Or did I skim too lightly?
