Mobile homes are vastly more affordable and offer a vastly higher standard of living / square space. So, not sure who this is trying to appeal to...

The kind of person who considers mobile home dwellers deplorable.

The "tiny home" thing is super trendy right now. Mobile home = eww. Tiny home = OMG SO COOL!

Mobile homes also have those seams in the walls on the inside, often use low-grade material, and have found to be filled with formaldehide and other toxic chemicals that off-gas from all the glues used.

Small homes are often $100/sqft quality at a smaller size. But I agree at the end of the day they're just fancy trailers or RVs

I think you could probably build a tiny house that's about that price range, maybe $10k more.

The purpose of laws is not to make people do good, the reason for laws is to help the state meet their private prison quotas.

When the US was a free country, killing and theft were illegal.

Now you can be arrested for taking pictures, swearing, smoking, owning a gun, using a straw, depositing less than $10,000 into your own bank account, protesting, feeding the homeless, using a VPN, not buying insurance, sleeping in your car, starting a business, wearing baggy pants, or owning a tiny home.
