I don't trust this guy.

Pretty much straight after surgery he was crying to us on r/neovaginadisasters then going on the trans subs and crying that the TERFs were trying to indoctrinate him. This went back and forwards for weeks with him trying to milk sympathy from everyone possible. Maybe he is really feeling sorry for himself now or maybe he just loves to play the poor victim.

No, unfortunately I believe him/her. Part of the reason I haven't done anything yet is because I think trying a bunch of treatments that don't work will only result in a disfigured mess that's even worse than just dealing with what I have now. You have to be super duper lucky genetically for the currently available options to have even an okay result. Trans men have a little more hope, but it still isn't the greatest. If you're not so lucky the best you can do is make yourself appear like the other sex; and sometimes even that isn't possible. This is the morbid reality, but we teach unsuspecting people, now including children, that it's a magic bullet and will completely work and can't go wrong. And if you dare even question its effectiveness you're transphobic. Actually, wanting treatments at all is transphobic because you're not allowed to acknowledge biological sex. Just act like a ridiculous sexist stereotype of the other gender, problem solved! Oh your body bothers you? There's nothing wrong with it or your mind, you just have internalized transphobia you bigoted truscum 4tran TERF agent! Although you can still take the treatments, because they make big pharma lots of $$$. And for real now, those two reasons are why no one will even look for a real solution and will just leave us all to suffer or kill ourselves.
