I assume you have a VPN but even that doesn't guarantee they won't steal your data. I put anything like bank accounts of other identity info on a small external HD and only connect it when needed. ExpressVPN is good, simple, and costs about a hundred bucks for a year or more if they are feeling generous. You could even put some made-up personal info on your main HD desktop and let them try to use that. If they want to get in, they will but keep the important stuff on the little external drive. Maybe you already knew this: 🧐
