Nice, and thank you, your comment totally just reminded me that I was supposed to finally get, after tracking down, that whole CD from interlibrary loan like almost 3 years ago now haha, and I don't even remember what all happened with that, so putting that album on my radar again, thanks! The more I think about it, I must have failed to pick it up within the library's time frame...lol, if one would have told Childhood Me that Grown Up Me would not only be even more dorky greedy with getting stuff from the library than kid me, but alsoooo be just as irresponsible and chronically late-fee-addled as ever... then I miiight have laughed at that, but it is apparently all true! :) Yeah, I freaking love libraries, and dancehall reggae while we're on that subject, lol.

Also did you look into Buju's story too? I just think it's weird and interesting and... maybe fishy/sketchy? But not solely due to him - is my impression... granted, I've only done a little research, not a ton.

PS Sometimes rambling is cathartic and so that, combined with the "bonus" time for my editing, was baaasically a lil therapy session for me today, so again thanks to all reading this! :)
