The TV is trying to paint it as a solely race-based protest to divide-and-conquer people though.

They're not portraying it as the unifying movement against police misconduct that it actually is.

So it's televised, but it's being spun to try and confused and dissuade people

He's saying this woke corporate bandwagon that's on TV is not the real revolution. I imagine he's right, and this will all fizzle out before the election without police policy and accountability being meaningfully addressed.
