The left has spent the better part of a decade blasting the term (and a few others) at anyone and everyone who won't fall obediently in line with their politics and ideology--see dicknipples flinging around the term "fascist" for an example--and robbed it of all meaning. So Stonetoss being called one is effectively just shorthand for "and he thinks differently than me, and since I'm one of the good ones, that means he has to be one of the bad ones, and because Nazis are the baddest of the bad, therefore that's what he must be."

And on the off chance that he actually is one, so what? Unless he has a real chance of seizing political power and putting his beliefs into action on a meaningful scale, he's just another motherfucker in the world that I wouldn't know from anyone else if he passed me on the sidewalk.
