Queer is supposed to be this more inclusive label. You don't have to be gay or lesbian, which are both very much gendered, you can just be under the umbrella queer term that includes things like asexual and non-binary, the most recently created mainstream gender identity.

Ah, alright. But asexuality has nothing to do with any sexuality. Why would they include it here? Just like being physically inter-sexed has nothing to do with homosexuality. Or gender dysphoria. Thanks for the explanation, though. Too many options now, imho.
