To be completely honest - antifa is by far more radical and dangerous than the "fascists" they are fighting.

It's half deniable disruption on behalf of certain parties--note the marked lack of Antifa activities during this presidency, even though the government is almost entirely the same as during the last one--and half an excuse for keyboard revolutionaries to act out their violent fantasies from the comfort and safety of the anonymous mob. It's all smoke and noise, meant to panic the herd into believing that only by removing those people in control for the "correct" ones will we be saved from a life of tyranny and oppression.

Andy Gno had a good report about them. video

Interview with Andy Gno just after a political attack video <canceled?>

But these attacks are similar with all independent reporters that have been following the group, like Tim Pool, Press4Truth, We-are-change. That I how I learned from them in the first place. They target opposition with extreme violence, just like fascism.
Actually most of what they do is fascism as dictated by Mussolini. They added some communism flavor to it, to hide the reality.

No wonder that their biggest sponsor is a billionair and former Nazi. Soros is a psychopath who, based on his actions, is out to destroy the western world. And this attracts a lot of people who have anger against the world for some reason.

Nope - not in the least. Think of how much control authoritarians and fascists already have, and think of the lack of various disconnected groups of anti-fascists who have absolutely no influence on anything, nor do they cause any trouble. The US is supposed to be anti-fascist, but....

Having control is not equal to being dangerous. Facism is just a buzzword for whatever doesn't follow leftist propaganda.

It's generally appreciated that anything left of the far right is 'liberal' (rather than potentially 'progressive conservative'(Candada), or 'liberal conservative', or centrist, which are terms long lost in the US in the polarized far right rhetoric of the past 8 years). Your only potential argument here is that Libertarianism is somehow left of the far right, but for many reasons, we can argue that Libertarians are absolutely right wing (focusing on letting corporations run everything, and no effective representation for the 99%).

Yes, the language, the media, the politics, the rhetoric of the past century has ablated most English speakers' ability to think on the whole possible spectrum of political and economic ideas and systems.

You are right, antifa has no political power, they are just mischief makers. I think what people object to is that antifa promotes censorship of ideas they don't like, and do violence to protesters they disagree with, which is not really very anti-fascist of them. Fascists tend to similiarly demand ideological conformity

Antifa is a bunch of domestic terrorists just like Black Lives Matter.

Antifa is a bunch of domestic terrorists just like Black Lives Matter.

Misusing the term 'domestic terrorist' to refer to extreme political groups is a tactic the liberals have been using against conservatives for a long time, I'm not sure why you would want to help propagate this trend, as normalizing this idea is mainly harmful to the right, who the media has an easier time painting as the bad guy

Antifa is essentially the left wing equivalent of the Proud Boys, they both want to censor things they don't agree with, wear matching outfits, and start fights at protests with the other side. The main difference being that Antifa is somewhat more hypocritical since they advocate for some of the same things as the ideology they are against

Antifa is violent and throws bombs at protests.
