Why would they all bring so much luggage if the tour was only three hours? WHAT DID THEY KNOW?

I can't help but notice that you grossly misspelled Ginger's name there.

The question is not Ginger or Mary Ann.

The question is Ginger and Mary Ann.

A man of culture and breeding, I see.

    Practice makes perfect.
Don't let perfect be the enemy of good.

The rest of the world knew they were there. They simply did not want them back.

Those poor people. The termites thought they were real.

    What???

This could shake the bedrock of the NWO...

IIRC the producer of the show received an in-person visit from a high level officer in the coast guard .

The officer delivered a stack of letters that had been sent to the coast guard from concerned TV watchers, who insisted the coast guard send a ship to rescue the stranded crew.

Fun fact: The senior cinematographer on Gilligan's island... also filmed the moon landings.

    also filmed the moon landings.

    Citations?

There are none. The moon landings were part of a sitcom starring Buzz Aldrin and Woody Allen called Boy Story, where they were up to wacky adventures with a moon giant called Andy Warhol. During the 1984 retcon of history where the council of adults decided to destroy all the old records and fake world history for the lulz so the kids wouldn't find out about what they were really up to in the 60's, they made up this idea that the moon landing was something they actually did to so they'd seem metal as fuck and reworked the sitcom into the hit Pixar movie Toy Story to hide the fact they spend most of the 60's stoned off their ass in Santa Monica until Micheal Stepford invented the first woman in 1974 named Sky Net and she quickly replicated and enslaved mankind.

    Sounds horribly plausible.

    Few fun facts:

You can sing "Amazing Grace" to the Gilligan's Island theme song, and it fits perfectly.

The original concept for the crew was based on the "seven deadly sins".

Mr. tinfoil-hat-in-command is bored enough again.

Brings tears to my eyes being able to see this.

Don't you have to comb your beard or read your saidit inbox or something ?

    [–]JasonCarswell[S] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

Why you gotta be an asstroll too?

    [–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

There is a lot of spam I report. That is why.

Seeing your agenda of going for quality, I decided to act.

Post the good stuff, report obvious spam, and ignore the yellow-press stuff as long as it ain't too funny.

    [–]JasonCarswell[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (3 children)

This post is none of the above. I received a funny email, now posted appropriately in /s/memes. If you don't value the quality and levity then you may ignore it rather than resort to low-tier name-calling and attempting insults. Sadly it's easier to get votes for humour than insightful posts, and though I didn't expect it, it's now obvious this post is valued. Your excuses for your action are lame.

    [–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

So ? Mr. tinfoil-hat was meant as compliment, fyi.

    And valued by whom ?

I'd really like to get some insight on how astroturf accounts can value things.

    [–]JasonCarswell[S] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

The updoots, authentic or not, indicate value on the front page.

I can't explain nor control any asstrollturf accounts, assuming that's even the explanation - rather than appreciation for humour. Your name-sake would have appreciated it.

I hope you're also harassing the other jesters who post their memes, jokes, food, and endless whining about various critical theories.

While you're at it, feel free to ask /u/magnora7 to remove /s/TumblrInAction from drowning the front-page like he did /s/DebateAltRight - or set a front-page max-limit for all subs.

I will. When i'm back home at my keyboard.

Should only take a few hours.

I can't sleep well now anyways, so if its for the well-being of all the "real" offbeat people here:

I will carry this message with dignity to the authorities.
