No one liked Biden very much. But he emerged as the candidate that fewest people would refuse to get behind. And the need to get rid of Trump was obvious to everyone not believing lies.

The withdrawal from Afghanistan was terribly done. But at least the country's no longer actively supporting Russia against Ukraine nor isolating children from parents at the border, nor standing Kim Jong Un on a platform where he look equal to the leader of the free world.

Neither are we seeing the kleptocracy and nepotism of the Trump presidency, and the massive increase in government deficit has cooled, which leaves the economy stronger for the future. There are still some serious questions to be asked about January 6, but I hope and believe that more high profile convictions are to come.
