One of the few memes I've liked here. Big HealthCare would also fit, and perhaps Big Pharma (as the expensive and highly manipulative medical industry in the US is a leading cause of increasing income inequality).

Well, given that "Media", "Pornography" and "Hollywood" are ONE THING, yes there is room on there for Big Disease.

There are a small handful of corporations that dominate Hollywood.
There is only one corporation that monopolizes pornography: MindGeek

Many journalistic outlets accuse the company of having a monopoly over the online pornography industry, with 3 out of the 10 most popular online pornography sites owned by MindGeek.
30% isn’t a monopoly and then there’s the entire JAV industry that the burgers conveniently ignore when they cry about MindGeek.

I guess I need to stop repeating this "monopoly" misinfo I've heard so many places until I actually dive in and research it further. Thanks for pointing that out. My problem now is that I really won't be researching it any time soon, if ever.

Yes.
The problem is financial power and control by the 1%. Science and facts aren't problematic. (though the 1% want you to argue over them). For example, China controlled and restricted the information about their initial COVID strains for national, geopolitical and financial reasons. An appropriate response to the spread of COVID19 has been necessary.
