If nationalism means I can speak Latvian instead of Russian in Latvia, sure. If it means all of the Latvian values are kept, no stupid foreign brands come to my land, nobody dictates what a Latvian should do, should learn, fine, GOOD.

Better: Let the Latvians decide what the Latvians should do and how to do it - not Russia, Europe, USA, whoever. That includes values, dictates, imports, exports, whatever.

Should be like so for every country really, the people make the country, the nation.

Inter-national ZIonism vs. Global Zionism.

Nations are corporations so what you're really saying is quasi-public private for-profit corporatism (ie., US Inc.) via the regulation of private foreign and multi-national corporations. Hence, in total opposition to Libertarianism.

I say traditional landism by way of communitarianism is the way to go. 'I was born here, so I'll protect my way of life and community.' I wasn't actually born i nthe US but this can be applied to any nationstate.

What in fact are nations ?

There is no counter-argument that any border on this planet isn't man-made (and as such consequently superfluous).

There weren't any problems with globalism if we weren't able to burn through ressources it took over a billion years to generate. And (just imagine) if there weren't any borders people couldn't be exploited so easily.

      I do NOT like nationalism.
      But it's better than globalism.

Nationalism is actually quasi-public private single loyalty corporatism for US Inc., through the regulation of foreign multi-national corporations. All nations are corporations. SO, nationalism is opposed to Libertarianism.

In the US we also have inter-nationalist Zionism.
