Are you suggesting somehow undoing +500 years of European global colonization?

Edit: I'm not blaming any living person for the colonization issues, but they can't be reconciled if they're ignored.

Colonization has created various mixed western populations.

Using a latte analogy, how would you propose seperating the "milk" from the "coffee"?

You may be surprised to learn that some are actually working on this project.

    You're essentially describing the Kalgeri Plan.

    This is very real, and has been happening for decades.

    However, this post wasn't addressing this plan.
    It was proposing an impossible premise, which will incense the opposition, and create division.

    The Kalgeri plan is a disaster for everyone. It requires creating disaster in the home nations of immigrants, which is the motivated for immigrating.

    These people don't want to flee their homes, either.

    Ending the wars will severely minimize immigration.

    That should be the goal.
