You're essentially describing the Kalgeri Plan.

This is very real, and has been happening for decades.

However, this post wasn't addressing this plan.
It was proposing an impossible premise, which will incense the opposition, and create division.

The Kalgeri plan is a disaster for everyone. It requires creating disaster in the home nations of immigrants, which is the motivated for immigrating.

These people don't want to flee their homes, either.

Ending the wars will severely minimize immigration.

That should be the goal.
