I need to write a post about my current job. I'm working in an area of low representation, terrible low employment and all the poor mental and health outcomes which go along with that yet in the name of diversity we are shipping spoilt middle class from London where they have job opportunities coming out of their ears rather than giving opportunities to those who actually need them as we would without the pressure of quotas.

People who push diversity are usually highly ignorant about what the world looks like outside of the tiny area they live in. They want every company to look like the inner city of a major world conurbation (but with middle class people instead of poor), which actually then means companies are not allowed to be very diverse, they all have to look exact the same.
