This is true, also this generation tends not to pay $60 a month for cable TV, or rent from Blockbuster at $5 a pop.

My comcast cable bill (including internet) was $300 a month before I cut the cord. There just weren't better options until relatively recently, but now there are and it's saving me a ton of money.

I used to work for Blockbuster. People would pay hundreds in late fees routinely. The tapes themselves were paid for after the first rental, the employee wages were from candy and drink sales. That place was a gold mine, they fucked the customers so hard....
