Like every other millennial describes going to different restaurants all the time as their hobby. At least when I grew up, going to a restaurant was a special treat. Especially the sort of restaurants you'd boast about if you call yourself a foodie.

Obligatory: I don't think it's so much liberals as it is a generational consumerism habit. Liberals probably do complain more about their financial situations though.
