Not really.

I mean, yes, in the 90s the left used antiglobalism as a new framing to prevent people's eyes from rolling if they just said "anticapitalism", but nationalist anticapitalism existed in the 90s. The difference was that while "anarchists" were permitted to make rock videos of themselves hucking rocks at police at the periphery of IMF conferences, the right were being hunted down and murdered in their mountain revetments by the FIBs merely for existing.
