Capitalism is a system whereby man exploits his fellow man

But under Communism it’s the other way around

Man is always trying to exploit his fellow man, however capitalism is built on cooperation, mutual respect, and the individual power to determine your own destiny. Communism is literally built on exploiting others. It claims that the strong are exploited by the weak and that is moral. In reality those who have control of the government exploit everyone by using the power of the masses.
