I hate Marx and marxists, but I have read "Capital A Critique of Political Economy" and in the book, the bearded jew describes "communism" as a "way to achieve marxism". So technically, you are incorrect, as, in the words of the bearded jew, Communism is a way to achieve Marxism, but realistically, you are correct, because most marxist countries end up being Marxist-Leninist or "Communist".
