The two party system is broken since Teddy Roosevelt, imho.
No way to fix it in sight because they kill / smear every "real" progressive candidate that is not a member of the establishment off into oblivion.
Being progressive and being in the "elite" is obviously a contradiction.
Sad world we live in. Even sadder is that some European countries started to copy this system.
I think if Trump gets a second period most lately then he will be comparable to Nero. But it doesn't even matter because Biden is at least just as corrupt as he already has proven.

I agree, except I think JFK was the last real president of the people. Now they have a more powerful screening system in place to prevent people like him from getting power.

I'm surprised you think JFK was of the people.
Sure he had his pros and cons and was a wild card on some issues, but he was never of the people.
