For their own benefit, they must become independent from the West (and increasingly China) and learn how to become self-sufficient, because the day will come--and it is fast approaching--when we are unable to provide them with foreign aid due to our own domestic problems. At some point in the future, twenty, thirty, forty years from now, if/when we are unable to feed our own populations, how can we be expected to feed 3,000,000,000+ Africans? It's something we all need to think about.

rofl imagine thinking that foreign aid in food and subsidies is to actually help the people in africa, it is to keep them indebted to us through the jewish monetary system. yall think WAY too basic.
