      Yeah because when you leave a colony you leave it totally ready to accept new leadership. You don't put in fake leaders to help extract resources without official colonization.         Mfw colonizes country and economically and militarily takes it over and subjugated population happily accepts it. Do some actual research instead of repeating what you heard on 4chan.
