The fact that humans can eat meat already proves the moronic vegans wrong on this one.

Natural evolution isn't always 100% right otherwise we would be living in a paradise of immortality with no diseases, aging or ill health? Unlike his animal kingdom brethren, human is a sentient being who can think and reflect, who knows what pain and suffering is.
If indeed there is such a thing as a supreme or divine power controlling this universe, it will forgive lions or wolves for slaying other living beings but certainly not humans.

You are assuming your cultural morality towards life, death and suffering is the correct one. Cultural imperialism.
There are many cultures where death is not some great fear, a person's life is not something they cling on to over and above everything else or killing the worst crime. In many cultures suffering is seen as strengthening or purifying.
Of course you can't apply that to predators (weasely saying you forgive them, very big of you) because really you know they wouldn't understand your mindset at all even if they could speak to you about it.

While much of that may be true it doesn't get factory farming off the hook for they care not about suffering.

Immortality is not a good evolutionary trait. Even if you combine it with no diseases, aging or ill health, then what happens once the environment changes? What happens when new disaeses 1 million years later comes by? Suddenly you're not very adaptable to the new environments.
The advantage of having short life times is that you can adapt to changing environments quicker.

What if we eat lions? Everyone wins?

You are correct. Humans can do these things. Animals can not. Just like a criminal is not protected from the law, just like a thief is not protected by property rights, an animal is not protected by morality, because it can not act morally. In order to do that you need the intelligence to conceptualize eithics, which animals lack. Yes, animals can still suffer. But aversion to suffering is a subjective preference. Personally, even though I prefer that animals are treated well and not abused, I don't care if an animal has to die or suffer so I can eat it. I care about humans in a different way specifically BECAUSE we are different from animals and are capable of acting morally. I don't care about the rights of amoral creatues (human or otherwise), because they don't care about my rights either.

All primates have front facing eyes. If you want to bring evolution into the diet argument, the vast majority of apes subsist mostly on fruit and supplement small amounts of other food in an omnivorous fashion. The level of meat humans consume is considered exceptional within that group. Our closest relatives are chimpanzees and a tiny fraction (2-5%) of their diet is comprised of meat and that includes insects
Gorillas have bigger canines than humans and have a physique that allows them to rip other animals in half like a sheet of paper. They're herbivores

Hm I guess 3D stereo vision is helpful while hunting. Whereas if you just eat grass you just want the widest field of view to watch for predators and grass. Kind of makes sense

So called herbivores eat meat.
Deer will occasionally eat small squeak things. I heard one about an island (cant remember where) where they kept finding living birds with no legs. Turns out the sheep were pinning birds down and nibbling the bones out of their legs as their diets were mineral deficient.
Sheep. Eating. Birds. Vegan. Yeah.
