The budget is being drained by the military industrial complex and the banks, not the "blacks".

Only a very limited few on this earth are actually causing harm, the problem comes when we over-generalize to large swaths of humanity. That's how we're tricked in to fighting wars for billionaires.

What, you’ve never heard how much the US spends in military? It’s pretty common information. I don’t see “the blacks” getting thrown 600+ billion a year.
