Pitbulls can be great dogs though, IMO it's mostly about how they are raised.

IMO it's mostly about how they are raised.
That sounds like an environmental factor.

The ever so popular "It's how you raise them" myth
Pit bulls are literally bred to fight other dogs to death. You can't raise gameness, dog aggression, and the other inherently violent traits out of pit bulls. Look how these pit bull puppies fight each other, they weren't trained to be aggressive:

Were you mauled by a pitbull? Why are you so irrationally frightened of dogs.
If the fact that you deleted your account before anyone could respond is too funny.
Are you also afraid of biting responses?
Is this fear a genetic trait that you share with others?

If one was mauled by a pit bull would such a fear of pit bulls be irrational? It would say it would be very rational to fear pit bulls even if you were never attacked, considering how much damage they can do when they attack.
Are you also afraid of biting responses? Is this fear a genetic trait that you share with others?
It is funny how you are trying to make fun of someone for telling the dangers of a dog breed that is the most violent. It is like you have no evidence for your views and you go straight to the ad hominem attacks.
Well, you did say this:
Pitbulls command respect. They know they are bad ass, and that others are stupid. If one bites you, then it's likely you probably did something stupid.

Victim blaming aside, Pit bulls are the stupid ones, they will keep on fighting until they die, just keep on holding on their victim even after death. I once saw a video of a pit bull latched on another dog and this man kept on hitting it with a 2 x 4, and it only let go when it was like half dead from getting hit so much. This one did not let go even after it was killed:

This video shows a pit bull essentially killing itself by attacking a horse:

All they have is that game bred rage and lack of pain that causes them to win Darwin awards. Would you call a mentally unstable man who attacks children for no reason bad ass? Because that is what pit bulls do.
Are you the type of person that would sign a petition to save the life of a pit bull or other dogs that severely maul children? Are you the type of person that would blame small children for being mauled by dogs? Pit bull lovers always get triggered by people stating facts about their favorite breed.
