      It's not a joke, it's just pointing out that you're a desperate jew/jew lover that feels powerless when you can't control everyone's speech. Your attempts at controlling it through shaming aren't working either. It's unsettling, I know. But after a while, you will learn to accept that you aren't royalty, a god, or a dictator that can rule over people's lives. Then, you will start to relax, and accept your position as a normal person. You will give up on your need for control. And you will be happier.
