Depends what you mean by "fake".

The most extreme view I know of is Dr. Andrew Kaufman who is very critical of our fundamental understanding of what "viruses" really are and our whole methodology is profoundly flawed.

There are countless other health-care professionals, doctors, and scientists who do not say the virus is "fake" yet rather exclaim that we've over-reacted to the extreme to this COVID-19 that is demonstrably less-fatal than the common flu.
