You responded to this comment approximately one hour and two minutes after I posted it. How did you know it existed so soon? I don't think it would have appeared in your feed.

1) I start at the top of my 300+ unanswered messages, dealing with the recent stuff first. More like a chat than a correspondence.

2) When I respond I can respond directly to the comment, look at the context, or unless there are 30+ comments I'll go directly to the post and see what else is new there. - That's how I found it so "fast".

3) You said "Thanks" on this page which brought me here.

I completely forgot about (3). My brain is small.

You have 300+ unanswered messages and you respond to them? How much time do you spend on this site per day? (Of course, writing 'per day' assumes you spend a similar amount of time on this site every day, which may not be true.)

I spend most of my days on the computer, but not always on SaidIt.

That 300+ has backed up over the last couple years. If I were better at managing myself I would deal with them before going on to new content.

I see.

By the way, the only reason I was on this post today (and thus said 'thanks') was because I noticed the trend that the only time I go viral is when I post something critical of some of the right. I've gone viral again, and the reaction was hilarious.

The left-right thing is ridic. I lean old-left to be sure, but I am in no tribe.

It's nice to see the left is represented enough to vote that up, though I'm not sure half of the viewers get that it's a brilliant shit on the tribalists, especially the right. They think it's great to think "leftists bad" just because the SJWs are making it bad for everyone.

Thanks for linking me to it.

You're welcome. (And this time, it's my own work; unlike this post.)

the SJWs are making it bad for everyone.

What do you mean? Sure, they're annoying, and seeing media (films, cartoons, some anime) pander to them is really annoying, but I don't think they hold much power in the real world.

The insane left is distracting from the legit left while pushing everyone and the Overton Window to the right. They are progress-repellent.

That makes sense, with the exception of pushing the Overton Window to the right. People disapprove of the S.J.W.s, sure, but how does it push them further to the right? They make themselves look bad, and not the other leftists.
